About Blanca Montero-Philips

Blanca serves as the director of the Providence Learning Center at NOBTS, the seminary’s conferencing, Travel Programs, and continuing education office. She is a native of Santa Cruz, Bolivia, and a Leavell College and NOBTS alumna.
